Hotel Sandy Beach - Albena

the rooms were decently clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. the breakfast lacked variety, and the lack of drinkable water in the room was inconvenient. the hotel's all-inclusive drinks were also limited and basic.

Great location near the beach; recently renovated, nice and clean room with sea view; we had a double bed + a single bed in the room that was perfect for accommodating 2 adults + 1 child; good, diverse food at the restaurant; restaurant terrace offered a nice sea view and we enjoyed very much having our meals there; our child liked a lot the pool play area.

We liked everything at sandy beach including the food and rooms. There was pool. We would recommend, maybe to friends

The location is amazing, just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are nice with new furniture. Check-in process was quick. The food is extraordinary with great salads, meat options, fruits, ice cream, and cookies. The staff is kind and the rooms are clean. The lounge is spacious with plenty of seating.

The room was enough large, comfortable, clean.The hotel is nice and very near to the beach.It have a pool and a area dedicated for childrens. The beach is clean, arranged and the sand is fine

The check-in was late because our designated room was not ready and the card payment was very time consuming. The parking is not enough for all tourist's cars. The balcony door sound insulation was poor so we "participated" unwilling to the Malibu hotel show every day till midnight

Overall the hotel is ok, do not expect a luxury hotel, but is pretty clean and comfortable. Great value for money, close to the beach, the staff is ok, but not very fond of english. The food is ok, not a lot to choose from but good and it's safe to eat, if you aren't a picky person its pretty good. The room is clean , but don't expect the bed sheets to be changed very often, the maid only takes out the garbage and tidies up the room.

Because this hotel is near to the beach (aprox.50m) and in the middle of Albena resort.

Cleanliness of the room and inside the restaurant was very poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is amazing, just a stone's throw away from the beach. We loved being able to go for a swim at the beach multiple times a day. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a well-maintained garden area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, with all the amenities we could ask for including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, from salads and grilled meats to mouthwatering sweets. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment and the party DJ. this venue provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our holiday truly unforgettable.

unfortunately i was very dissapointed. no good food, no variety of this, no cleaning in the room ...a bad experience...i dont recommend this hotel....i was here two years ago...big difference,....it was a lot better then....

Great location by the beach and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel has a nice pool area with sunbeds, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist.

The bedsheets felt damp. The food served in the restaurant was of poor quality, and most dishes were under-seasoned and lacked flavor.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and had great views of the sea. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with prompt service whenever we needed anything. The variety of food offered was impressive, with dishes ranging from salads to grilled meats. We especially enjoyed the breakfast pancakes and the grilled meat served for lunch and dinner.

The bar staff lacked enthusiasm and knowledge about preparing all-inclusive cocktails, aside from basic options like gin and tonic or rum and coke. Additionally, there was no clear allergy information provided for the food served. Finally, some of the other guests exhibited gluttony behavior while at the buffet, which was off-putting.
